Consent to the processing of personal data

  1. INTRODUCTION
    The company Wecker MP, s.r.o., Company ID: 14222493, VAT number: CZ14222493, registered in the OR, file number C 362278/MSPH, Municipal Court in Prague. (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), accesses personal data with maximum responsibility, protects all processed personal data when it has adopted security measures for this purpose and proceeds in accordance with generally known legal regulations, in particular the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU ) No. 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data) ; (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

With these principles, the Administrator informs its customers, as well as other persons whose data the Administrator may process, how the Administrator processes and protects personal data, including information about the rights of the subject of personal data and their application.

3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The administrator processes personal data for the purpose of concluding a contractual relationship, and the legal basis is therefore the performance of the contract, i.e. the provision of services. On the basis of this legal fulfillment, the Administrator may process personal data for the fulfillment of legal obligations, especially obligations in the sense of accounting and tax legislation. Furthermore, for the determination, performance and defense of legal claims. After termination of the provision of services, the Administrator may retain personal data, the processing of which is necessary for the protection of the Administrator’s rights and the possible defense of legal claims, including the recovery of outstanding payments.

4. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The administrator processes the personal data provided by you for the aforementioned purposes. These are mainly the following identification and contact data:

    • Name and surname;
    • Cookies;
    • IP address;
    • Company name;
    • E-mail;
    • Telephone number

5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BASED ON CONSENT
If you give the Administrator consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of sending commercial messages, processing the inquiry form, or for the purposes of contacting you with offers of services and products, via e-mail or telephone contact, you acknowledge that the provision of this consent is voluntary and it can be revoked at any time in writing. Consent is granted until revoked.

6. COOKIES
When you visit the Administrator’s website, we process your personal data through cookies. The purpose of this processing is to create traffic analyzes and obtain additional information about the use of the Customer Manager website and to customize the content of the website.

7. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The Administrator makes personal data available only to authorized persons of the Administrator and individual processors of personal data contractually agreed by the Administrator, but always to the extent necessary to fulfill the individual purposes of processing based on the corresponding legal title for processing personal data. In the case of a request for services, the Administrator provides these personal data to contractual partners who, in the event of your request for services, ensure the conclusion of the relevant contractual relationship and the provision of services. In cases provided by law, the administrator is obliged to transfer some personal data on the basis of valid legal regulations, for example to law enforcement authorities or other public authorities.

8. TIME OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Personal data are processed and stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the period during which the Administrator is obliged as the administrator to store personal data according to generally binding legal regulations or for the period for which you have given the Administrator consent. In other cases, the processing time results from the purpose of the processing, which must be reasonable, or is determined by legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.

9. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Please note that, as a data subject, you have legal rights in connection with the processing of personal data, which you can exercise.

    • Withdraw consent at any time. In the case of cookies, this can be done by changing your internet browser settings. The website can be viewed and used even in a mode that does not allow the collection of cookies or data about the website visitor’s behavior. Common Internet browsers allow settings for working with cookies,
    • Request information from the Administrator on what kind of personal data it processes,
    • To request a copy of the processed personal data that you have provided to the Administrator in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transfer this data to another administrator without the Administrator preventing it, and in cases established by the GDPR, the right to portability of personal data.
    • Request access to this data from the Administrator and have it updated, corrected, supplemented, or request restriction of processing without undue delay, in cases of statutory GDPR
      Request the deletion of your personal data from the Administrator without undue delay, if any is given for the reasons established by the GDPR

      You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if the Administrator processes personal data for the following reasons:
      • processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority entrusted to the Administrator,
      • processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Administrator or a third party,
        for direct marketing purposes,
      • for the purposes of scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes.
    • The Administrator reserves the right to change and supplement these terms and instructions on the protection of personal data in any way and at any time within the framework of applicable legislation. The current status will always be located on these pages.
